Assigning a user to a group
For reporting and history purposes, a Task Manager user can be assigned to a group on the Task Manager User Setup screen.
To assign a user to a group:
- Select . The User screen is displayed.
 - To display a list, use the Search feature.
 - Click the Detail icon next to a user you want to view. The User screen is displayed in Form view and the user’s task list is displayed in List view.
 - In the User Group field, enter the user group to associate with the Task Manager user.
 - Click Save.
