User Performance Summary report

The User Performance Summary report shows summary information of the work for each associate. It displays the work tracker, start time, end time, direct off standard, direct on standard, indirect time, standard time, performance, realization by group, user and work number.

You can define the scope of the report by designating a range between minimum and maximum values of the following:

• Start date of the work and end date of the work
• From and to user name
• From and to user group
