Application toolbars

The application toolbar contains buttons for performing general activities such as closing all screens or opening the Help system. In addition, the user interface has standard scroll bars and navigation buttons such as Next, Previous, Minimize, Maximize, and Close.

Some screens have specific toolbars with buttons that apply directly to items on the screen. Some buttons, such as Save and Delete, perform a single action. Other buttons offer drop-down lists for performing activities for selected records in a list. To select a record on a screen in List View, click the check box next to the record.
