Selecting the COOLBIOCHECK system option
You can select the option for validating supplier and carrier information for COOL and Bio-terrorism products (for receiving).
The preference for validating supplier and carrier information for COOL and Bio-terrorism products (for receiving) can be established in the system configuration. There are three options available for the COOLBIOCHECK field.

Validation of supplier and carrier information for received (inbound) COOL and Bio-terrorism products is based on the above settings.
Note:
- If the system option is set to 1, during RF receiving, an error occurs. Receiving does not continue unless the carrier or supplier information is entered from the workstation.
- The system option does not affect the shipment order (outbound). If the Item type is either COOL, Bio-terrorism, or both (Itemtype <>), the shipment order carrier information must be captured. The system performs this validation when the product is shipped.
