Creating a screen view

To create and save a screen view containing your customized filter criteria:

  1. With the customized screen view you want to copy displayed, select Saved Views > Create/Update view.
  2. Select Create a new view.
  3. Specify the screen view name and description in the Name and Description fields respectively.
  4. Click Save.
    • Once the screen view is saved, it is displayed in the Saved Views menu. The list of screen views is displayed alphanumerically.
    • The screen view name displayed in the Saved Views menu list reflects the information you specified within the Name field.
    • You can select a screen entry in the Saved Views menu list to navigate directly to the corresponding customized screen view.
