Printing process

To print a label or report:

  1. Specify this information:
    Address Label
    Specify Y to print the container address label. Otherwise, specify N.
    Printer
    Specify the label of the printer to use to print the label.
    Copies
    Specify the number of copies of labels to print. The default is 1.
    Compliant label
    Specify Y to send the details of this CaseID/Drop ID to Infor SPS and print a carrier-compliant label. This option is available only if you select the SPS_INSTALLED flag in System Settings.
    Printer
    Specify the printer to use to print the compliant label.
    Copies
    Specify the number of copies to print. The default is 1.
    Content Rpt
    Specify Y to print the Drop ID or Case ID Content Report. Otherwise, specify N.
    Printer
    Specify the report printer to use to print the report.
    Copies
    Specify the number of copies to print. The default is 1.
  2. Press Enter to print the label or the report.
