Defining Equipment Restrictions

If certain equipment types cannot travel within this section, use the Equipment Restriction tab to identify the prohibited equipment types. For example, some types of equipment are too large to fit in a section with narrow aisles.

Allowed Equipment Types

All equipment types that are used in the current warehouse are in this list. Any equipment type on this list can access the travel section. Operators who work on those equipment types can receive task commands for this section.

Prohibited Equipment Types

Equipment types in this list are prohibited from entering this travel section. To move an equipment type to the prohibited list, select the equipment type from the Allowed Equipment Types list and click the right arrow to move the equipment type to the Prohibited Equipment Types list.

To move an equipment type from the Prohibited Equipment Types list to the Allowed Equipment Types list, select the equipment type and click the left arrow.

If the labor standards engine receives a task from the WMS system that takes place within this section, it verifies that the equipment type on the task record is allowed in the section. If the equipment type is prohibited, Labor Management sends an error message to the WMS system
