Receiving Multiple Lines

This feature is useful when you have to receive multiple lines which are similar and they do not exist as part of Receipt Details. One example would be receiving product at the end of manufacturing line.

The RF screen keeps track of the data which you specify while doing the first receipt and displays it during subsequent receipts. You can then review the data, change fields like LPN and receive the subsequent lines easily.

To use this feature:

  1. Select Receiving Menu > Rcpt Mult LPN. The ASN/Receipt screen is displayed in List view.
  2. Specify a valid Receipt Number
  3. Specify the item which you want to receive and press Enter
  4. Specify the quantity, LPN number and the lottable fields (if configured) and then press Enter to complete the receipt.
  5. After the current receipt is processed, you can specify a new LPN number, edit quantity and lottable fields and press Enter to receive the subsequent lines.
  6. After you are done receiving all the lines, press Esc to go back to previous menu
