Viewing Facility Information

To view a facility configuration:

  1. Select Visual Travel Audit.
    The system displays a 3-D view of the current facility. Each location within the current facility is displayed on the viewer. You can place your mouse cursor over any location on the facility map to display the location name and X/Y position information in the bottom left corner of the viewer window.
  2. The table below lists the functions you can use to view different types of data on the screen and the method to access the data. You can click ALT+H to display a list of shortcut keys and the supported functions.
    Function Method to access the function
    Location Details Click ALT+L to display individual location details. When you select a new location, the system displays position, zone, level, category, and additional information about the selected location.
    Location Nodes Click ALT+N to display the location node information.
    Zones Click ALT+Z to highlight all of the locations in the current zone. When you click on a location in this viewing mode, the system highlights all of the locations that are in the same zone.
    Travel Sections Click ALT+S to highlight travel section information. When you work in this mode, the system highlights the boundaries, aisles, travel flow, and access points for the current travel section.
    Route Mode Click ALT+R to work in route mode. You can view the travel paths the system uses to calculate travel distances in this mode. Click the starting location and the ending location to highlight the travel path between the two locations The view includes the restrictions for the locations and sections.
    Route Details Click ATL+V to view the details of a specific route. The system displays a pop-up window with location, distance, drop, lift, and related information for the selected route.
    Query Click ALT+Q to perform a route query. This function is similar to the Route Mode function. The query identifies a travel path between two locations. However, in query mode you manually enter the location names and additional equipment and task type information.
