Defining Access Points

If connection to other sections is restricted to specific access points along any of the section boundaries based on the Connection Allowed field on the Boundaries tab, you must define those access points here. For each access point, you can indicate whether the access point allows entry, exit, or both, and you can specify any access point-specific equipment restrictions.

Name

The name of this access point.

Description

The full description of this access point.

X, Y, Z

The X, Y, and Z values of this access point.

In/Out

Indicates whether this access point is for entry, exit, or both. Values are:

• In: Equipment can enter but cannot exit through this point.
• Out: Equipment can exit but cannot enter through this point.
• Both: Equipment can both enter and exit through this point.

Equip Restrictions

The equipment types that are restricted from using this access point.
