Specify this information:
- Inbound LPN Prefix
- Optional prefix for system generated inbound LPN Ids.
- Inbound LPN Length
- The total length of the inbound LPN Id including the prefix.
- RF Auto Print LPN Label at Receipt
- Determines if the LPN label is automatically printed after RF receiving.
- RF Auto Fill Generated LPN Id
- Determines if the LPN field on the RF receiving screens is auto-filled when a new LPN is generated.
- Receipt Unit Label Name
- The Label Name of the Receipt Unit Label to be printed during RF receiving.
- Receipt Unit Label UOM
- The UOM to be used when printing Receipt Unit Labels. For example, if the Receipt Unit Label UOM is set to Case, a label is printed for each received case based on the received PACK. Receipt Unit Labels are not printed if the received PACK does not contain a value for the specified UOM.
- LPN Barcode Symbology
- Supported symbology used by the owner, based on the Loftware server package used to print them.
- LPN Barcode Format
- Supported barcode format used by the owner.
If you choose SSCC, the License plate number is the parsed combination of the following fields in order:
- SSCC 1st Digit
- UCC Vendor #
- Next PALLETID (from Number Control) [nine (9) digits]
- Check digit (calculated
based on the previously mentioned digits)
If you choose user-defined, the PALLETID (from Number Control) is used for the license plate number.
- LPN Length
-
Length of LPN(s) allowed for the owner.
If the LPN Barcode Format field is set to SSCC, the proper setting for this field is nine (9) based on current UCC standards. The acceptable length for user-defined numbers is 6-18.
- Application ID
-
Application identifier of the LPN.
This field is only active when the symbology you select is equal to UCC128.
Default value: 00
- SSCC 1st Digit
-
First digit to use for the SSCC format. This field is only active when the label format you select is equal to SSCC.
Default value: 0
- UCC Vendor #
-
Vendor number the UCC assigned to the owner.
Note: If available, the UCC vendor number is reflected in the initial digits of a generated Bill of Lading number. - Standard Outbound Label Prefix
- Optional prefix for standard outbound LPN Ids (STD Case).
- Case Label Type
- Label type to be used when labels are generated during
allocation. Available options include:
- STD Case Labels
- SGTIN Case Labels
- SSCC Case Labels
- Outbound Labels Required to Ship
- Determines if outbound case labels must be printed before shipment orders may be shipped. Prevents shipping or warns the user if outbound case labels have not been printed.
- Outbound Labels Required for BOL
- Determines if outbound case labels must be printed before the Bill of Lading report may be printed. Prevents printing of the BOL or warns the user if outbound case labels have not been printed.
- Outbound Labels Level
- Determines which outbound labels will be printed (Inner, Outer, etc.).
- Outbound Labels Count Level
- Determines the level used when generating label counts (1 of N). For example, if the count level is Order, then the N count is the total label count for the Order.

- Length
- Specify the length of the LPN format.
- Masking Format
- Specify a masking syntax to ensure the correct format is used for
the string being scanned as the serial number. These masking configuration
values are valid:
- N = Numeric
- A = Alpha
- C = Alpha or Numeric
- D = Character (-.#,*)
- B = Blank
Examples:
- If the item serial is AABBCC1234, the masking format should be AAAAAANNNN.
- If the item serial is SER-90800A-10001, the masking format should be AAADNNNNNADNNNNN.
Regardless of when the serial is scanned, the masking format is checked to ensure that the number being scanned is consistent with a syntax identified for the item. If it is not, you cannot complete the transaction.
- LPN Prefix
- Specify a prefix for system generated LPN IDs.
