Viewing real-time summary information during receipt

You can view the quantities expected, received, and remaining for all items on an ASN/receipt during the receiving process. The quantities are updated as you complete the receipt.

To view real-time summary information:

  1. Specify an item on a Receipt screen and press F2=Receipt Summary. Access the summary information from a receipt screen: RC00, RC10, RC00R, RC10R, RC00K, RC00A, and RC10A.
  2. Press Enter.
  3. Review this summary information for the item:
    • Item
    • Description
    • Expected quantity
    • Received quantity
    • Remaining quantity
  4. Press F4=Back and F6=Forward to display additional items on the ASN/Receipt.
