Pack code

The pack code determines the unit of measurement (UOM), such as eaches, cases, or pallets that the application uses to track product in the facility. Each pack code uses one or more units of measure. The application recognizes the UOM as a component of a package. The pack is used to store, pick, and process product based on the smallest sellable unit. When configuring a pack code, specify the following:

• All UOMs associated with the package
• The UOM to be used to track product in the package.
