Toke pool distribution

As a counter, you are responsible for distributing individual pool amounts to eligible employees.

Each employee's percentage in the pool is determined by these calculations:

1. Calculate all the employee's eligible time (for example, 8 hours).
2. Calculate all the eligible time for all employees (for example, 80 hours).
3. Calculate the employee's percentage of eligible time worked (for example, 8/80 = 0.1).
4. Multiply that value by the amount to be distributed (for example, $1000 x 0.1 = $100).
