Adding a DB LookUp control to a form or report

After you have defined a new form or report, add these controls from the Form Builder screen:

1. Add the Data Source to the form
2. Add the DB LookUp to the form
3. Link the DB LookUp to the Data Source
4. Set the Lookup ID value for the DB LookUp control
5. Set the Lookup display value for the DB LookUp control
6. Set the Lookup window value for the DB LookUp control
7. Setting the Lookup popup, Lookup ID, and Lookup display field
