Importing interactions

  1. In the Workflow Editor, select Tools > Import Interactions.
    The Import Flow(s) dialog box is displayed.
  2. Browse to and select the exported interaction file (in XML format) and click Import.

    The Import Interactions dialog box displays the interactions in the selected XML file. If you exported more than one interaction at a time, this file contains all the interactions, and they are all displayed in this list.

  3. Click on the Flow Name of the interaction or interactions that you want to import. Or, click Select All to import all of the interactions in the list.
  4. Click Import.
    A message is displayed if any of the interaction elements already exist in the instance.
  5. Click Yes to overwrite the message and continue.
    A message is displayed stating that the import operation is complete.
  6. Click OK.
  7. Close and re-open the Workflow Editor for the changes to take effect.
