Testing the Delete Check Box control

  1. Select the WFM Content item Data Forms.
    The Forms screen is displayed.
  2. From the drop-down list in the upper-left corner of the Forms panel, select Data Forms.
  3. Click Open next to the data form to access the data form details.
    The system generates the data form details. The results appear within the data form.

    For example, this screen displays the data that was generated for the WFM System Colors data form with the Delete Check Box control. Each time the WFM System Colors data form is generated, the data form is updated with the most recent information from the WFM COLOUR database table.



  4. Click the delete record check box corresponding to the appropriate record.
  5. Click Submit. The Data Forms panel is displayed.
  6. Click OK to return to the Data Form.
The record does not appear in the table.
