Setting the Lookup popup, Lookup ID, and Lookup display field

At run-time, the Lookup property determines the Data Source fields displayed in the DB LookUp, the Lookup ID determines the field that is actually retrieved, and the Lookup display determines which field is displayed by the control.

For example, the following screens show how the Lookup popup, Lookup ID, and Lookup display values that are set for the DB LookUp control.
