Changing the order of Dashboard action items

To change the order of Dashboard Menu action items:

  1. Select Maintenance > System Administration > Config Utility.
  2. Expand the Dashboard Menu folder, and navigate to the folder in which you want to insert the action.
  3. Click the up or down arrow next to a folder or form to move the item one position up or down the list.
  4. Verify the sort order change you made by viewing the Action drop-down list in the appropriate Dashboard Menu.
