Defining holiday assignments using the Holiday Assignment Parameters page

To define holiday assignments using the Holiday Assignments Parameters page:

  1. Select Maintenance > Public Holidays > Holiday Assignment.
  2. Depending on which field is available, do one of these actions:
    • Select the required holidays in the Holiday field.
    • Select the required holiday calendars in the Holiday Calendar field.
  3. Select one of these options:
    • Select the employees to assign to the holiday from the Employee lookup.
    • Select the teams to assign to the holiday from the Team lookup.
    • Select the payroll group to assign to the holiday from the Pay Group lookup.
    • Select the calculation group to assign to the holiday from the Calc Group lookup.

  4. Click Submit.
    A message is displayed confirming that your holiday assignment is being processed. A Workmail message is sent your Inbox when the holiday assignment is complete.
