The Audit Tracking Report displays changes that have been made to database tables (field-level information). Information that is displayed in the report includes the user who made the changes, the Action (database actions such as Insert, Delete, and Update), the date on which the change was made, the table and field that were modified, and the new field value.

You must specify start/end dates for the report. When you run the report, the report displays all audit tracking information for the specified time period.
