FORWARDER_LOOKBACK_TIME

This parameter helps the Workmail system recover messages when the Workmail system has been offline for long periods of time. This parameter is used in combination with the LAST_FORWARDED_MESSAGE_TIMESTAMP parameter.

When the Workmail system comes online again after a long period of time, the system looks back in time for mail messages that arrived during the offline period. The offline period is calculated from the time of the last forwarded message, using the number of minutes specified in this parameter. The specified number of minutes is substracted from the timestamp of the last forwarded message. Messages within this offline timeframe are recovered and displayed by the Workmail system.
