SCHEDULE_MODE

Description:

This parameter sets the scheduling mode used by the MVS. When set to JOBTIMES, scheduling in MVS is accomplished by defining arbitrary start/end times associated to jobs that need to be filled. Job times can be overlapping and represent more flexible staffing requirements.

When set to DAYPART, scheduling in MVS is accomplished by defining fixed portions of the day (for example, DAY, AFTERNOON, NIGHT). These day parts can be specific to teams. Staffing requirements are subsequently defined based on the day part definitions. Day parts cannot overlap.

The DAYPART_VIEW_SHOW_INTERVALS parameter dictates if intervals are to be used with day parts. When set to true, you can set the interval durations to 15, 30 or 60 minutes using the INTERVAL_DURATION parameter.
