CREATE_BLANK_CALENDARS

This parameter controls whether new holiday calendars are pre-populated with all the existing holidays in the system. By default, when a holiday calendar is created, the calendar is pre-populated with all the existing holidays in the system. You can use this parameter to disable this auto-population behavior.

When set to true, new holiday calendars are created without any holidays. Use this value if most of the existing holidays do not apply to new calendars.

When set to false, new holiday calendars are pre-populated with all the existing holidays in the system.
