HRREFRESH_IGNORE_HANDS_OFF_RULE

Use this parameter to have HR Refresh conduct retroactive calculations past the Hands off Date. If the system Parameter HRREFRESH_IGNORE_HANDS_OFF_RULE is set to java.lang.String and has a value of TRUE, HR Refresh will not enforce the "hands-off" rule.

When the hands-off rule is set to TRUE, the system will automatically update all applicable tables and recreate the employee schedule after an HRRefresh (the system Employee Import). The import will succeed even if the Override Start Date in the CSV file is less than the hands off date for that pay group.

Note: The user must manually add the HRREFRESH_IGNORE_HANDS_OFF_RULE parameter to the system Registry with the above values.
