RCA_COMPARATOR_SVC callout

The RCA_COMPARATOR_SVC callout has been deprecated, and the associated registry parameter has been removed from the system. Customers using this callout should instead implement the RCA employee sort order callout. The new callout allows customers to define custom sort orders for displaying employees in the RCA.
