General Updates to the WFM Security Layer

Impact on WFM Users: As part of an on-going effort to strengthen security for the WFM solution, this release of WFM has undergone a rigorous security review in code analysis (dynamic and static) and penetration testing using the latest industry security scanning tools. As part of this effort, a number of changes have been made in the various modules of the WFM solution to address potential security vulnerabilities that were identified by the security tools. All changes have undergone rigorous QA regression testing.

Other than strengthened security, this change has a minimal impact on WFM users. There should be no impact on existing data or custom code.
