WFMC-4074 - Updating badge numbers in Identification mode for the 9000 Series clock

When identification mode is enabled and an employee is enabled for biometrics, if the employee's badge number is subsequently changed or if the same badge number is deleted and re-created, the employee's fingerprint must be un-enrolled and enrolled again. This is necessary as the original badge number is stored as part of the employee's original fingerprint template. The clock will not identify the employee's fingerprint if this mandatory step is not taken.
