Third-party software requirements

In this release, these changes were made to third-party software requirements:

• Cognos Analytics 11.0.13.3 (Fix Pack 3) (Upgraded from 11.0.13.2 (Fix Pack 2)).
• Red Hat Enterprise Linux 7.8 (Upgraded from 7.7).
• Oracle WebLogic 12c 12.2.1.4.0 (64-bit) is now supported in addition to version 12.2.1.3.0 (64-bit).
• Oracle 19c is now supported (Upgraded from Oracle 12.2.0.1).
• Apache Web Server 2.4.43 (Upgraded from 2.4.41).
• AIX 7.2 TL4 (Upgraded from AIX 7.2).
• FICO Xpress 7.8 is still required for LFSO and MVS, but a version 8.0 license (authorization) file must be obtained and installed on the FICO Xpress server.

On-premise customers are responsible for maintaining third-party software in their environments. This includes installing upgrades or patches for third-party software that is required as part of the Workforce Management platform.
