Scheduling and running the burst report

Burst reports must be run on a schedule. In this example, a one-time schedule is created for the burst report and then run manually to test the results.

For more details on scheduling reports, see "Scheduling reports" in the Infor Workforce Management Standard Reports Guide.

  1. Select My Reports > Scheduled Reports.
  2. Click Schedule Report beside the burst report.
  3. Click Create New Criteria.
  4. Specify a name for the criteria in the Criteria Name field.
  5. Select teams to be included in the report results in the Teams field.
  6. Select the groups to receive report results in the Group field.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Click Schedule Report Run Times.
  9. Click Add Schedule.
  10. Specify this information:
    Schedule Name
    Specify a name for the schedule.
  11. Click Submit.
  12. Click OK.
  13. Click Run Now.
The burst report begins to execute. The burst report may take several minutes to execute. A workmail is sent to your account when the report is finished executing.
In the next step, we add the burst report to a Launch Pad to make it available to other users and test the report results.
