ASV - Some shift details may not be updated when using the Mass Edit mode

Outcome

Incident # 15909786
Optimiser is adding hours to employee's other shifts to make up for Holiday
When booking off an employee, the booked off vacation days are not subtracted from the employee's maximum hours per week. As a result, when the optimizer runs, it tries to add extra shifts on other days to compensate.
Outcome
Fixed. If an employee has shift pattern shifts defined for the unavailable days, those hours are deducted from the minimum/maximum weekly hours passed to the optimizer. If the employee has no shift pattern shifts defined for the unavailable days, no hours are deducted.
