Unfilled/pending shifts are not displayed on the launch pad.
Outcome
Fixed by updating the launch pad to query the new table (ES_SHIFT_DETAIL_LAYER). Relief blocks are now displayed on the launch pad and expanding them gives shift details.

Shifts cannot be plotted using keyboard navigation.
When trying to plot shifts using keyboard navigation, either the shifts cannot be plotted or keyboard navigation stops responding.
Outcome
Fixed the shift input drop-down not working occasionally. After plotting a shift using the shift input drop-down, the focus remains on the shift.

When plotting night shifts that overlap with time off approved in the Time Off Planner on DST days, the coverage should be 0.
Outcome
Fixed. For DST days with an extra hour, a 12 hour night shift (19N12) is interpreted as 19N13. For DST days with a missing hour, a 12 hour night shift (19N12) is interpreted as 19N11. In both cases, the time values (19:00 to 7:00) are kept.

When the regional format is set to Polish or Czech in the Windows machine the application is deployed on, an error occurs upon trying to print the MR/OTS.
This issue is caused by using the localized day of week as keys.

When running a performance benchmark test that sends unassigned shifts to the billboard from the ASV, a query is using more than one activity core, which exceeds the acceptance criteria. This has resulted in an increase in the CPU utilization of the Oracle database.

Fixed by adding index on the ES_SHIFT_SUMMARY table as suggested by Oracle Tuning.

Expose Central Staffing link for 7.1 for new installs and upgrades
Permissions have been updated to expose the Central Staffing link and screen. In upgrades, users in the SYSTEM ADMINS and SUPERVISORS groups are given EDIT permission only if the default permissions (DENY for SYSTEM ADMIN and EMPLOYEE groups) have not previously been changed. This allows users in the SYSTEM ADMINS and SUPERVISORS groups to access Central Staffing and use it to modify schedules.
For new installs, users in the SYSTEM ADMINS and SUPERVISORS groups are given EDIT permission for Central Staffing by default. The Staffing Center link is also hidden for all security groups in new installs.
