The MVS plugin is passing all book offs because of time overlaps.

Fixed. The MVS plugin only passes the book off to be canceled.

In the Relief Calling Area, a webpage error message is displayed when clicking a filled blue relief shift in the Selected Shifts section that was filled by two different employees. The issue occurs when 240 relief shifts were sent to the Relief Calling Area.
Outcome
Fixed by removing unused query parameters, which prevents the URL from getting too long.

Error approving time off requests
When approving a time off request, receive the error message \"One or more of the shifts to be booked off have a locked employee\". The employee has time off requests for PDO. The only day which can be approved is the day they are not scheduled. This happens in approximately 10-15% of all time off requests. Manager is able to book employees off on ASV with no issue.
Outcome
Fixed. Check for TORs when publishing MROTS to ensure we do not put a shift where there is already an emp lock. Migrate all existing emp locks to shift locks as needed so approvals can go through.

ISS - Time-Off approval performance for 31 days or more
When submitting a time off request of 31 days or more from the Time Off Approval page, it takes a significant amount of time for the request to be auto-approved. The user is getting a "Page Unresponsive" error on the browser. The issue occurs with both a custom plugin and the core MVS plugin.
Outcome
Fixed. The time taken to approve the time off was reduced by improving validation from the MVS plugin and disabling duplicate validation when booking off from the Time Off Planner.

Backport Request - LFSO-4901 to 7.1.0.x
The Honor Position rule in Auto-Assignment now considers parent and child jobs in the same job set as equivalent qualifications when assigning shifts. This can be useful if employees have multiple job titles imported from an HR system that cover the same functional position.
When schedules are generated with Auto-Assignment using this rule, employees qualified for a child job in a job set can be assigned to shifts that cover the requirement for the parent job. Employees qualified for the parent job can be assigned to shifts for one of the child jobs. Child jobs are not considered as equivalent qualifications for other child jobs in the same job set.
