Flexible Identity Value of PGP Key

Introduced a new registry value of system/WORKBRAIN_PARAMETERS/PGP_KEY_IDENTITY_VALUE that allows the user to specify an identity value for the PGP key that is generated in the WFM application.

Add maximum attribute to variation property

Added a maximum attribute to variation property. If you are using Data Lake you will need to re-import all of the document schemas using ION Desk. It is not necessary to run the clear_table command for this change.
