Unauthorized Rule doesn't respect TREAT_TIMECODE_AS_ON when checking clocks out of sequence.
Outcome
Fixed. Override the clock preset ID being compared to the valid ID sequence based on clock type, clock preset id, and clock.isClockOn(). The isClockOn() method considers the registries when determining if clock is on.

When an employee has a temporary team assignment that was previously a home team, duplicate rows are displayed in the Daily Staffing Summary Report.
