Merge WFM-47197 to 7.1 maintenance

Previously, selection of files for archiving stopped at the first file with a last modification time within a day of the task execution time. Therefore, the files selected for archiving depended on the order of the directory listing. If the order is not based on the file modification time, then a file that was modified within the last day could be encountered first. The rest of the files would not be considered.

Outcome

Fixed by selecting all processed import files that are older than a day to archive independent of the directory listing order.
