OT group members

The employees who are members of the same OT group are eligible for the same overtime offers. Therefore, the employees you add to a single OT group should have similar skills or fill equivalent roles in the company.

For example, if a retail company wanted to equalize the overtime among their sales departments, you would define OT groups for each department. All the employees in the Computers department should be added to one OT group and the employees in the Car Stereo department should be added to another OT group. If there were employees who could work in both departments, you could add them to both OT groups.
