Timesheets

The Weekly Timesheet is now recalculated when Save for Now and Submit for Approval is clicked.

A new Workbrain parameter allows users to display unauthorized timesheets in a specified color value.

The new Select Preset drop-down list allows users to populate the current Weekly Timesheet with data from previously created Weekly Timesheets.

The shift name is now a search criterion on the Daily Timesheet Selection Parameters screen.

Global Clock On and Clock Off fields have been added to the global change bar on the Daily Timesheet to apply clock changes to multiple employees simultaneously.

The Shift tab control area in the Weekly Timesheet allows users to view multiple shifts and, if the users role allows shift management, to add extra shifts.

Date range selection from the Daily and Weekly Timesheet Selection Parameters screen has been rearranged to increase usability.

The Code field on the Weekly Timesheet can be auto-populated with the employee’s default labor allocation.

Navigation buttons were added to the date selection section of the Daily Timesheet to allow users to easily view timesheets from previous or future weeks.

The appearance of the Weekly Timesheet has been changed to match the new look of Workbrain 4.1. To accommodate the needs of numerous customer driven scenarios in a single design, the interface has been made modular by partitioning the interface into control areas. Users determine which control areas they want displayed using Workbrain parameters.

When selecting a timesheet using the Selection Parameters screen, the date selection is now based on the user's local time, rather than the server time.

New sections were added to the Weekly Timesheet to enter non-work time, full day absences and work start and stop times.
