Displaying team descriptions in Float and Staffing Center

The Float transaction and Staffing Center pages now provide a Team Description field in addition to a Team Name field. This enhancement enables customers who use code names in Team Name fields to provide text descriptions for each of the code names in the related Team Description fields.
