DBLookup
Open as a Layer
The DBLookup (DBL) now opens as a layer instead of a pop-up window.
Ambiguous Result
An ambiguous entry results in the automatic opening of the DBLookup when focus is changed. The DBLookup opens at a point based on the entry.
Invalid Result
An invalid entry results in the automatic opening of the DBLookup when focus is changed.
Remove Selection
For multi-select DBLookups users now have the option to remove a previously selected entry. The entry is removed by highlighting the entry and clicking the button. Previously users had to click the checkbox beside the entry. The entry could have been on a different page than the one being currently viewed.
Tabbing and Arrows for Navigation
Users are now be able to tab through the entire DBLookup including making their selection in both single and multi-select scenarios. Additionally, users can utilize the up and down arrows to navigate through the result listing on a page, and left and right arrows to navigate between pages of result listings (if applicable) for even quicker navigation.
Pagination
Users are now able to see which page of the results they are viewing.
