Labor Forecasting and Schedule Optimization

The hours by schedule area allows for the definition of multiple productivity standards (tasks) for each scheduling area. A forecast is attached to each productivity standard (task).

Allocation of hours allows for the definition of multiple productivity standards for each scheduling area. A distribution pattern is attached to each productivity standard.

For each scheduling area, the user can add the ability to request x number of employees with skill level of y for every hour the schedule area is open.

For each task (productivity standard), the definition of an offset to open and/or close times is enabled. For each task (productivity standard), the definition of an offset to the start and/or stop of a specific shift is enabled.

A schedule score is clearly displayed on every schedule view. As the manager changes the schedule, a modified score is displayed below the original score along with a delta to show how changes impact the relative schedule quality score.

As part of the workload creation process, traffic patterns can be dynamically calculated.

Ability to forecast volume drivers based on historical data and support required changes due to promotions and new stores.

Post publish schedule edits provide visibility on the optimized schedules where corporate and/or employee rules and constraints have been violated.

Forecasting UI allows the budgeting and forecasting process to link the entire decision making process and ensure that the controls in place today are retained.
