Clearing Employee Assignments

The Clear button in the Toolbar panel allows you to remove all changes to the schedule since the last time the schedule was published.

For example, when you click Clear, all employee assignments in the currently retrieved schedule would be undone. Shift pattern employees are returned to their original state (that is, unassigned if their default job = 0 or assigned to their default job).

Clear can be prevented from affecting published schedules, affecting only unpublished employee assignments, using the ALLOW_REMOVE_WITH_PUBLISHED parameter. For information about the ALLOW_REMOVE_WITH_PUBLISHED parameter, see the Registry Parameter Reference Guide.

To clear all changes:

To clear all changes to the schedule since the last publish, click Clear.
