Viewing the outstanding vacancies

Unassigned shifts (outstanding vacancies) can be identified while staffing a Master Rotation or One time Schedule, and sent directly from the Schedule Template.

All unassigned shifts can be viewed in the Advanced Schedule View. See Displaying schedules with ASV.

To view unassigned shifts in the Relief Queue:

  1. Select Scheduling > Multi-view Scheduler > Relief Management > Relief Queue.
  2. Select the Team or Employee.
