Relief status

The relief status of a shift indicates if a relief shift is assigned and how the shift is displayed in ASV and Central Staffing. These are the relief statuses:

  • Unfilled Shift: Relief shift is unassigned and a relief employee is still required. Unfilled shifts are displayed in ASV and Central Staffing.
  • Filled Shift: Relief shift is assigned. Filled shifts are displayed in ASV and Central Staffing.
  • Pending Relief: Relief shift is unassigned and has been designated as pending relief. Pending relief shifts are displayed in ASV in red and in Central Staffing as an unassigned shift.
  • Action Required (AR): Relief shift is assigned and has been designated as AR when the book off that created the relief shift was canceled. AR shifts are displayed in orange in ASV and Central Staffing.
  • Relief Not Needed (RNN): Relief shift is unassigned, but a relief employee is not required. RNN shifts are not displayed in ASV or Central Staffing.
  • Relief Not Found (RNF): Relief shift is unassigned, but no relief employees were available to cover the shift. RNF shifts are not displayed in ASV or Central Staffing.
