Integration diagram

The following diagram shows the interaction between WFM and Info Care. All interactions use JAX-RS web services.

Caregiver shifts and Scheduled hours are sent to Infor Care on a periodic basis from batch tasks run in the Job Scheduler. Shifts are sent from MVS to Infor Care whenever a shift is edited. Workloads are received by MVS whenever they are sent by Infor Care.
