Key components

These components are used with activities:

Name
The unique name for the activity.
Description
A brief description of the activity.
Location
The highest location in the hierarchy that requires the activity to be performed. This component also applies the activity to all sublocations of the selected location.
Paid

Indicates whether or not an employee is paid when assigned to this activity.

For example, an employee meeting could be a paid activity, whereas a lunch break could be an unpaid activity.

Time Code
A time code to apply to this activity. For information about time codes, see the Infor WFM Time and Attendance Implementation and Administration Guide.
Working

Indicates whether or not the activity is a working activity.

For example, restocking shelves would be a working activity, whereas attending meetings would be a non-working activity.

Contributes to Cost
Indicates whether or not the activity contributes to cost calculated by the schedule and reports.
Service
Indicates whether or not the activity involves customer service.
