Enable simple schedules
The USE_LFSO_SCHEDULE_GENERATION registry parameter must be set to
false to enable simple schedules. This allows users in the
LFSO Schedule screen to create new schedules when they advance the
dates to a new schedule period.
When this registry parameter is set to true, an optimized schedule must be generated first before users can open a schedule period in the LFSO Schedule screen.
