Fair Scheduling

Some jurisdictions have enacted "Retail Workers Bills of Rights" legislation that contains a provision for "Predictability Pay for Schedule". This fair scheduling provision requires that cash premiums be paid to employees whose schedules are altered without sufficient notice.

The Infor WFM Fair Scheduling module is designed to help organizations satisfy the legal requirements of schedule predictability (fair scheduling) laws. These laws govern how employees are reimbursed for last-minute schedule changes.

The Fair Scheduling module enables organizations to:

  • Indicate when and why individual changes are required.
  • Pay employees the cash premiums when required.
