Employee dashboard

The Employee dashboard displays an employee’s information for a specific time period. You select the employee, the time frame, and which report or summary to view. These reports and summaries are available from the Employee dashboard:

  • Absence Report displays the total time the employee has recorded as absent, such as sick and vacation days, for the specified time period. The total time for each time code is displayed. System administrators define which time codes represent absences.
  • Balance displays an employee’s balances, such as sick and vacation days, that are available for the specified time period. Balances could also include allocated supplies such as uniforms or safety gloves.
  • OT Report displays a total of overtime hours that the employee recorded over the specified time period. System administrators define which hour types represent overtime.
  • Scheduled Absences displays any long-term absences that the employee recorded over the specified time period and the start and end time the absence occurred in. Scheduled days off in employee shift patterns are not displayed on the report. Sick days are also not displayed on the report.
  • YAG - Absences displays any absent time code the employee has recorded for the year. System administrators define which time codes are displayed on this summary.
  • YAG - Overtime displays any overtime hour type the employee has recorded for the year. System administrators define which hour types are displayed on this summary.
  • YAG - Schedule displays every day the employee worked during the year and what shift was worked on each day. If an employee switched shifts or was scheduled for a different time, the actual time they worked is displayed instead of the originally scheduled shift.
