Violation Checks During Asynchronous Actions

When you initiate any asynchronous action, the system checks for the violations twice.

If the system has successfully processed your asynchronous action, but the system cannot execute the action because of violations, a Workmail message notifies you about the reason.

Clicking the link in the message displays the Worksheet.

• If the system finds violations while asynchronously processing a Release, Submit, or Mass Edit action, it executes the action.
• If the system finds violations while asynchronously processing a Mass Edit or Workload action, it executes the action.
• If the system finds violations while asynchronously processing a Save action:
  • The system executes the action.

  • The system highlights the violated rows on the Worksheet, and displays error messages in the Messages column and at the top of the page. See Messages when Saving.
